Our
Service to You
It is important to remember the three key reasons that lay behind the
creation of our service:
a) To eliminate the need for our beloved pet to be treated as 'clinical
waste' whereby they are deep frozen awaiting collection by the large
corporate disposal companies.
b) To guarantee that the ashes we return to you are
exclusively those of your pet.
c) To return the ashes directly back into your care within just a few
days (commonly within 24 / 48 hours).
We do this by collecting your pet in our specially designed pet hearse,
at your request, either from your home or vet. This is
done immediately so there is no need for your pet to go into cold
storage.
Your pet is taken directly to
the select Hampshire crematorium (pictured below),
where we guarantee exclusive individual
cremation (only one
pet in one chamber at any one time). The cremation is carried out
personally by myself, Alan Knowlton and your pet will be collected and
returned personally.
As your pet will not leave our care during the period of collection to
return I can give you the personal guarantee that the ashes you receive
are exclusively those of your pet. I will return the ashes, in your
pre-selected choice of casket or a simple scatter
pouch within just a few days of collection.
Although that is the basic service, you may have personal preferences
outside of this. You may for example want to attend the crematorium with
your pet and use the Farewell Rooms to say any final
goodbyes.
